Where Chemistry Meets Quality Assurance
Our laboratory is the central nervous system of our manufacturing operations. Every incoming shipment of dyestuff and auxiliary chemical is pre-tested for purity and tinctorial strength before release to production floors.
We use Datacolor spectrophotometers integrated with Computer Color Matching (CCM) software to generate optimized dye recipes with minimum metamerism under multiple light sources (D65, TL84, CWF, Incandescent A).
For every processed lot, test swatches are audited against AATCC, ISO, and ASTM protocols for wash fastness, rub fastness, perspiration fastness, tear strength, pilling, and residual dimensional stability.
