Our rotary screen printing lines are the workhorses of volume production. Featuring nickel perforated rotary screens and magnetic squeeze bars, they apply uniform paste viscosity across widths up to 200 cm.
Equipped with automatic computerized repeat alignment and digital laser engraving for screen making, our machines achieve perfect registration even at operating speeds up to 60 meters per minute.
We formulate customized reactive, disperse, and pigment paste in an automated color kitchen, ensuring minimal shade variation between initial meterage and final bulk shipment.
