Multi-Chamber Stenter Engineering
Our stenter frames are the backbone of our finishing department. Featuring high-efficiency multi-chamber drying and curing zones with direct gas/thermal fluid heating, they allow precise temperature regulation up to 220°C.
Integrated Mahlo optical weft straighteners continuously monitor bow and skew distortions in the fabric, correcting misaligned yarns in real time before thermo-setting.
Equipped with independent pin and clip chains, variable overfeed control (from -10% to +50%), and automated width adjustment spindles, our stenters ensure exact finished cuttable width.
