Our High-Temperature High-Pressure (HTHP) soft-flow jet dyeing machines operate up to 135°C, ensuring full dye molecular penetration even in tightly twisted polyester yarns and microfibers.
By utilizing hydraulic nozzle circulation rather than mechanical pull, fabric tension is practically eliminated. This prevents pilling, fabric elongation, and crease marks, delivering supreme drape and hand-feel.
Equipped with microprocessor-based temperature profiling and automated dosing, our jet dyeing line maintains a tight liquor ratio (1:5 to 1:6), significantly saving water and thermal energy.
